Submitting a form, requesting pricing, receiving a preliminary estimate, or communicating with us does not create a construction, purchase, design, engineering, installation, delivery, partnership, agency, or other contract. Any binding obligation must be contained in a separate written agreement signed by authorized parties.

3. Pricing, Specifications, and Availability

Prices shown on the website are starting prices or estimates and may change without notice. Unless a written proposal expressly states otherwise, prices may exclude delivery, taxes, tariffs, site work, surveys, soils or geotechnical work, foundation, utilities, cranes, installation, interior finishes, appliances, permits, plan review, local engineering, code upgrades, and other project-specific costs.

Dimensions, floor areas, materials, finishes, inclusions, images, plans, specifications, lead times, and availability are illustrative and may change due to engineering, code, manufacturing, supply, shipping, design, or site requirements. Images may show options, landscaping, furnishings, finishes, or completed projects that are not included in a kit price.

4. Site, Code, and Permit Responsibility

Project feasibility depends on the property and the requirements of the applicable jurisdiction. Zoning, setbacks, utilities, easements, access, fire code, energy code, structural criteria, snow, wind, seismic, flood, wildfire, environmental, HOA, and other requirements may affect whether and how a model can be built. No website statement guarantees approval, permitting, financing, delivery, installation, or completion at a particular location or by a particular date.

TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, THEIR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM WEBSITE USE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
